2. It is informed that another petition being Special Civil Application No.5993 of 2010 is related to the order impugned in present petition i.e. order dated 7.5.2010 passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act in Application No.271 of 2010.
3. Therefore, it is directed that present petition may be listed along with the said petition being Special Civil Application No.5993 of 2010 on 18.1.2012.
