1. The applicant union has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/s:-
"2(A) That Your Lordships be pleased to allow the present CA and hear the same finally alongwith the application's petition filed vide SCA No.2154 of 2011 A L T E R N A T I V E (B) Your Lordships be pleased to issue direction to the respondent mill company to calculate the amount of retrenchment compensation, gratuity, unpaid wages of August 2008, amount of unavailed privilege leave and bonus and be pleased to direct either to deposit the aforesaid amount before this Hon'ble Court or submit Bank Guarantee before this Hon'ble Court as the land of the mill company is also likely to be disposed off.
(C) Any other and such further relief as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice together with costs"
2. Since the petitions being Special Civil Application No.5993 of 2010 and Special Civil Application No.2154 of 2011 are directed to be placed for hearing on 18.1.2012, the relief prayed for in paragraph 2(A) does not survive and any other order is not required to be passed in present application. Hence, the application is disposed of accordingly.
