In light of the submission made on behalf of the applicant for fixing early date of hearing in view of the Supreme Court's order for expeditious hearing in Special Civil Application No.2154 of 2011 and Special Civil Application No.5993 of 2010, the civil application is disposed of and both the matters are fixed for final hearing peremptorily on 10th July, 2012. As the said date is convenient to all the advocates appearing in this matter and as the date is fixed after assigning convenience of all the advocates, it is expected from them that no request for adjournment is made if it is avoidable.
