Notice returnable on 20th June, 2012.
In the meantime the order of the Labour Court is stayed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount as directed the the authority/ Court below before this Court before the returnable date. On deposit of the amount by the petitioner, the same shall be invested by the Registry of this Court by way of Fixed Deposit with a nationalised bank initially for a period of one year and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the petition. The interest accruing on the said deposit shall be paid to the claimants. The Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be retained by the Nazir of this Court.
