The cause list shows that affidavit of direct service has not been filed. However, Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that today, affidavit of direct service has been filed in the Registry. He has also submitted that all the respondents have been duly served.
The respondents have not entered appearance. However, since now it is past Court hours the proceedings are adjourned. In the meanwhile the respondents may enter appearance and file reply opposing the petition, if the respondents so desire and/or consider it necessary. If any appearance and/or reply is not filed on or before the next date of hearing, appropriate orders may be passed. S.O. to 7th February 2012.
