JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present Second Appeal is of the year 1997. It was taken up for final hearing on 19.04.2012 and the same was required to be adjourned due to non-availability of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants.
Today also when the present Second Appeal is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants has chosen to remain absent. Hence, present Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
