The present civil application has been filed for amendment in the cause-title regarding description of the appellant-original defendant, Gujarat Electricity Board.
Heard learned advocate Mr. G.D. Bhatt for the applicants and learned advocate Mr. S.M. Shah for the respondents-original plaintiffs.
In the facts and circumstances, the present application for amendment deserves to be allowed. Prayer in terms of para 7A is granted. The applicant is permitted to amend the cause-title in the memo of the First Appeal regarding description of the appellant-Gujarat Electricity Board as stated in the application. Learned advocate Mr. Bhatt shall carry out the amendment within a week.
Rule is made absolute.
