(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Learned advocate Mr. Patel states that he had filed this matter on behalf of appellant. He states that he had addressed a communication dated 14.06.2011 informing the appellant that on being designated as senior advocate, he cannot continue his vakalatnama on record and the appellant, therefore, should engage another advocate on record. This communication was sent by registered A.D. Post which was returned to learned advocate with an endorsement of the company having been closed.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Patel states that there has not been any communication from appellant for a long time.
3. In light of this factual development, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
