Heard Ms.Lilu K. Bhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner.
Rule, returnable on 18.07.2012.
The direction in the impugned judgment and award made by the Industrial Tribunal on 21.10.2011 directing the payment of 20% back-wages and consequential benefits, shall remain stayed till then. There shall be no stay, at this stage, regarding the reinstatement of respondent No.1.
