Heard Mr. Hemang M. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Mahendra U. Vora, learned advocate for respondent No.1 In view of the order dated 08.11.2012 passed in Civil Application No. 12312 of 2012 in Special Civil Application No.11811 of 2012, whereby the petitioner has been directed to grant the benefit of the last drawn wages as per provisions of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to respondent No.1, during the pendency and final decision of the petition, the ad-interim relief granted earlier is SCA/11811/2012 2/2 ORDER confirmed and shall operate as interim relief, till the final decision of the petition.
The petition may be listed for final hearing, in its turn.
