1. By an order dated 18.10.2012, this Court (Coram: Smt. Abhilasha Kumari, J.) issued fresh notice making it returnable on 10.12.2012 i.e. today.
2. Mr. J.S. Yadav, learned advocate for Official Liquidator states that notice has not been served to respondent No.1 and therefore, prays that fresh notice may be issued.
3. In view of the above, fresh NOTICE to respondent No.1 returnable on 9.1.2013. The Official Liquidator shall cause service of this order upon the Company as well as upon the Director of the Company. Over and above the usual mode of service, the Official Liquidator shall cause service of this order additionally by Speed Post A.D. and file an affidavit as regards the same.
