JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though served none appears for the respondents. RULE. Pending final disposal of the petition, the impugned judgement and award dated 1st May, 2012 passed by the Labour Court, Surat, in Reference (LCS) No. 812 of 1997 shall remain stayed on condition that the order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of 30 days from today. In case of failure to reinstate the respondent­workman by the stipulated time, the interim relief shall stand vacated.
