JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
RULE.
Notice as to interim relief, returnable on 12.12.2012. To be heard along with Special Civil Application No. 9858 of 2012 and 9856 of 2012.
The impugned award of the Tribunal is stayed on condition that the petitioner shall release the benefits arising out of the impugned award with effect from 01.08.2012 by effecting fixation in the pay of the respondent workman as per the directions issued by the Tribunal in the impugned award. It is, however, made clear that if the aforesaid order is not made effective with effect from 01.08.2012, the stay shall stand vacated.
