ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside order, dated 08.12.2014 passed in Case No.CS1/7206/2014 whereby she has confirmed proceedings No.G/1695/2014, dated 10.09.2014 of respondent No.4.
A perusal of the record shows that against the order impugned in this Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed a revision petition before respondent No.2. Having availed an alternative remedy by way of revision petition, the petitioner cannot be permitted to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court by questioning the same order, which is impugned in the revision petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition in the present form cannot be entertained.
Sri Nageswar Rao Palle, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the stay application filed by his client has not been disposed of by respondent No.2. In the light of this limited grievance, respondent No.2 is directed to examine the stay application filed by the petitioner, pass appropriate order and communicate the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of main petition, WPMP.No.50297 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
