Heard Shri Pawan Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Perusal of the record shows that this is the second application under Section 482 CrPC and the earlier application under Section 482 No.29467 of 2018 (State Vs. Shahid and 3 others) has already been filed by the applicant Gufran for the same relief.
The aforesaid application has already been dismissed on 27.11.2019.
In view of the above, the present application under Section 482 CrPC for the same relief is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
