Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to decide the proceeding in Case No. 222/T.201815060707208 Under Section 67 (1) U.P. Revenue code-2006 which is pending since 02-11-2018. "
Petitioner is complainant at whose instance, proceedings under Section 67 (1) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 has been instituted against the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in October, 2018.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar to dispose of the proceedings under Section 67 (1) of the Revenue Code, finally, after hearing all concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order being filed before him.
