2. Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.4-04 ½ guntas in Sy.No.1687 situated at Ippalanarsingapur village, Huzurabad Mandal, Karimnagar District. Petitioner states that the fourth respondent issued validation proceedings from the Tahsildar in proceedings No.B/10801/2005 dated 26.03.2008 and aggrieved thereby, he filed an appeal bearing No.D/5184/2012 on 11.05.2012 before the third respondent against the said proceedings. It is stated that notice of hearing of the appeal was given for 21.11.2012 but, thereafter, no proceedings took place and the appeal remained pending undisposed. Present writ petition is, therefore, filed alleging inaction.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has taken instructions and submits that the appeal is pending with the third respondent and is now scheduled to be heard on 28.06.2014.
In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to issue notice to all the parties and hear the appeal either on the aforesaid date fixed or within a month thereafter and pass a reasoned order by considering the contentions on either side in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
