Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.159 of 2015 (Smt. Gudiya Vs. Raghvendra Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2014. The other side has already appeared before the Court below and filed his written submission.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Kanpur Nagar to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
