Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA and perused the record.
This is a second hebeas corpus petition just to malign the honour and dignity of petitioner no. 1 Smt. Gudiya Alias Saniya. On the earlier occasion petitioner no. 1 has approached before this Court, duly identified by her counsel and made a candid statement that she has been married to Mohd. Wakash and this hebeas corpus petition was dismissed after recording the statement in the year 2016. On 1.08.2016 she is leading a happy married life with Mohd. Wakash. She further submitted that her father, mother and brother have not ill treated her in any manner.
Under the circumstances, the second hebeas corpus petition is ill advice and accordingly dismissed.
