THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10805 of 2007 Between:
1. Gudivada Dharma Rao, and others PETITIONERS AND 1. The Government of A.P. rep. by its Secretary, Revenue (Endowments-I) Department, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
