O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed by the Gudivada Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Gudivada, challenging the enhanced rates of licence fees fixed by the respondent Municipality as notified in the Krishna District Gazette No.1/02 dated 11.01.2002.
2. The licence fee would be revised from time to time and the learned counsel in spite of his best efforts could not contact his client with regard to the latest position.
3. In the circumstances, in view of the long lapse of time and subsequent developments, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is given liberty to reopen the issue if anything survives in the writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
