1. Ms. Anita Singh, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application as it has been filed under misconception. She admits that Guddu had earlier filed petition alongwith other petitioners, which was registered as Application U/S 482 No.4072 of 2021 and had executed a Vakalatnama in favour of Sri Vipin Kumar Yadav and Sri Rajesh Yadav, Advocate.
2. However, she prays for liberty to assist Sri Vipin Kumar Yadav and Sri Rajesh Yadav qua applicant- Guddu @ Yogendra Singh only.
3. With the aforesaid liberty to assist Sri Vipin Kumar Yadav and Sri Rajesh Yadav, application is dismissed as withdrawn.
