Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he would like to withdraw the petition at this stage.
The petition is preferred challenging the lodgement of First Information Report dated 25.11.2020 as Case Crime No.343 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and 3/4 Dowry of Prohibition Act, at Police Station Derapur, District Kanpur Dehat..
There are all chances of matrimonial settlement between the petitioners/husband and other relatives of the petitioners and respondent no.3, is the submission of the counsel for the petitioners.
Be that as it may, the petitioners may move the court below seeking enlargement on bail if offences require their arrest. On filing of the application, we request the court below to expeditiously hear the same and decide the same on merits not later then four weeks from the date of filing of the application.
With these observations, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn at this stage.
Needless to state that in the eventuality of filing any such application, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
