The petitioner is seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kushinagar at Padrauna to decide his Suit No.117 of 2018 (Guddu and Others Vs. Janardan and Others) expeditiously. Copy of the order sheet has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kushinagar at Padrauna to decide the Suit No.117 of 2018 (Guddu and Others Vs. Janardan and Others) according to his own roster keeping in mind the oldest cases.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
