Learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that costs imposed vide order dated 30.10.2012 have been deposited. It has been pointed out that on the basis of affidavit filed in court today and taken on record that the applicant has been involved in twentyfour other cases. Criminal history of the applicant spans between the year 1986 to 2009. The cases are of very serious nature viz. of commission of offence under Section 392, 397, 395, 399, 307 and 302 I.P.C. and, therefore, the applicant is not entitled to bail.
None is present for the applicant.
List tomorrow.
However, it is made clear that the case shall be decided tomorrow whether or counsel for the applicant appears or not. .
