Heard counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicants.
This application is disposed of with the direction that in the event, the applicants appear before the court concerned and apply for bail within two weeks from today in case crime no. 360 of 2009, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120-B IPC, Police Station Atmadpur, District Agra, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in conformation with the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others ( 2009) 4 SCC, 437. For a period of three weeks from today no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicants.
