Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A. for the State.
This application has been filed for directing the court below to consider and dispose of his bail application on the same day in Case No. 803 of 2005 arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2005 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Hariparwat, District-Agra.
This application is disposed of finally with the direction that in the event, the applicant surrenders before the Court below and applies for bail within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible, on the same day.
For a period of three weeks from today, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant pursuant to the aforesaid case crime.
