Heard Mr. Nitin Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Siddhartha Nandan, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 27th May, 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the fourth line of the third paragraph of the order dated 27th May, 2019, the name of the concerned Police Station and district have wrongly been typed as "Vrindawan and Mathura" respectively, whereas the correct name of the concerned Police Station and district are "Civil Lines and Allahabad" respectively. Similarly, in the last line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 27th May, 2019, the year of detention of the applicant has wrongly been typed "2019", whereas the correct year is "2018". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of the concerned Police Station and district "Vrindwavan and Mathura" respectively as occurring in the fourth line of the third paragraph of the order dated 27th May, 2019, the concerned Police Station and district "Civil Lines and Allahabad" respectively shall be read. Similarly, in place of year of detention of the applicant i.e. "2019" as occurring in the last line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 27th May, 2019, "2018" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 27th May, 2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
