Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his financial and administrative powers were ceased by the order dated 3rd November, 2018 against which he approached this Court vide Writ-C No.39059 of 2018, which was disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Hamirpur to conclude the enquiry in accordance with rules.
The grievance of the petitioner is that till date enquiry has not been concluded by the District Magistrate even after lapse of more than five months.
This petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Hamirpur / respondent no.2 to conclude the enquiry against the petitioner within a period of six weeks positively from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
