By the instant application, applicant seeks a direction to the court below to expedite the S.T. No. 637 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 218 of 2017, under Sections 363, 368, 372 IPC, P.S. Ghandipark, District Aligarh, pending in the court of Session Judge/Fast Track Court No. 1, District Aligarh.
The matter is of 2017. In the circumstances, no direction can be issued to the court below for expediting the aforesaid case. I find no reason to entertain the petition at this stage.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
