Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the police authorities not to harass the petitioner pursuant to an order dated 05.10.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai in Misc. Case No. 146 of 2017.
The order dated 05.10.2018 is an order by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun, on an application of the respondent no.4 to provide maintenance against Kapoor Singh, who happens to be the son of the petitioner, had directed payment of maintenance to respondent no.4 against Kapoor Singh.
If the petitioner is being harassed or his property is being attached pursuant to order dated 05.10.2018, passed against Kapoor Singh, then the petitioner is at liberty to approach the court concerned where the order has been put for execution. All these aspects are not to be examined in writ jurisdiction as they can be looked into by a court of first instance.
