In response of the order dated 13.8.2019, Shri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, appearing on behalf of the opposite party has placed on record the instructions dated 24.8.2019 sent by the opposite party, wherein it has been indicated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and the electricity connection has been provided to the applicant. The instruction is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the electricity supply has not been ensured by the department.
Consequently, the contempt application is disposed of, asking the opposite party to ensure compliance of the writ court order in letter and spirit.
