Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:
"i. issue an order or direction, directing the court below to decide the application for temporary injunction (being paper no.6) dated 02.07.2020 Original Suit No.229/2020 (Smt. Guddi Devi Vs. Smt. Kusuma Devi & others) pending in the court of Civil Judge, (J.D.), Etah expeditiously or within a definite time."
It appears from the perusal of the order dated 17.12.2020 that the next date fixed before the trial court in the matter is 26.2.2021.
In the interest of justice, the trial court is directed to pass appropriate orders on 26.2.2021 on the aforesaid application in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned. If on account of any reason no orders are passed on the aforesaid date, the decision will be taken on the aforesaid application preferably within a period of one month, thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
