Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of this revision.
Revisionist has got appropriate remedy of revision yet before the Sessions Court concerned itself. To say that revision is maintainable before this Court itself is nothing but to increase further pendency of cases before the High Court, which should normally not be allowed unless there is extraordinary circumstance to entertain the criminal revision.
Revisionist is directed to take appropriate steps by moving appropriate Criminal Revision before the Sessions Court concerned.
Accordingly, this revision is finally disposed off.
This order shall not prejudice the revisionist in preferring any criminal revision before appropriate and competent forum.
