ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that while the stay application filed by the petitioners in the revision petition filed against order dated 20.12.2013 passed by respondent No.3, cancelling the pattadar passbook and title deed issued to the petitioners, is pending before respondent No.2, respondent No.4 is trying to change the entries in the Record of Rights.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Area), on instructions, submitted that the stay application filed by the petitioners stands posted to 01.02.2014.
Therefore, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioners’ stay application on the said date of hearing and pass appropriate order, after notice to respondent No.5. Till this process is completed, status quo as on today shall be maintained with respect to the entries in the Record of Rights.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.1684 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
