Mr.G.C.Shanmukha, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner – Company has sent an e-mail to the respondent – CESCOM that it does not require the re-connection of power supply, as it has shifted the Telecom Tower to some other area and therefore, this Writ Petition has become infrctuous. He has filed a memo in this regard.
3. Memo is taken on record. This Writ Petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. A copy of this order may be sent to the petitioner.
