G.Thavasiappan vs T.Veerapandian

Madras High Court|04 January, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner.
2.Considering the fact that the respondent has filed a writ appeal against the order made in the writ petition and notice has been ordered in the condone delay petition, I do not think that no purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in the event of his success before the Division Bench. No costs.
