Falguni Patel learned counsel for appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled outside the Court and therefore, the present appeal may be disposed of. She has supplied the communication dated 09.03.2012 which shows the terms of settlement. In view of the above, the parties shall be governed by the terms of settlement arrived at between them. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
