G.Srinivasan vs The Executive Director

Madras High Court|23 February, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.
The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that inspite of the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.7492 of 2015, the State Level Committee has not taken any action to complete the process of verification. The petitioner therefore wanted the employer to reinstate him into service after setting aside the order dated 9 February 2017.
2. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how a direction could be issued to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service during the currency of the scrutiny proceedings, the learned counsel submitted that he is not pressing the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
