JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner have filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders in the proceedings vide Na.Ka. No.703/2016/A on various dates pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent as against the 4th respondent. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the complaint made by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
