JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th standard mark sheets as well as the consolidated mark statement to the petitioner's daughter S.S.Nivetha.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the first respondent that already the consolidated mark statement was received by the petitioner and the other mark sheets with respect to the examinations held in April 2012, November 2012, April 2013, November 2013 and April 2014 were received by the petitioner in original in the Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the above compliance, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
