The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's application dated 25.10.2016 for grant of 5+1 Seater Auto Rickshaw Permit (Share Auto) to the petitioner herein.

No costs.
