The petitioner challenges a suspension order in the writ petition. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank would submit that pending the writ petition, final orders have been passed on 10.03.2014, dismissing the petitioner from the service of the respondent Bank. The petitioner contends that an appeal has been filed before the Managing Committee. If the petitioner moves an application for expeditious consideration of the appeal, the same shall be favourably considered by the Managing Committee of the Bank. Writ petition closed with the above observation.
