Group General Manager (Projects) /Asset Manager along with Executive Director and Chairman-cum-Managing Director, ONGC Ltd. are before this Court being aggrieved by order dated 22.03.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, CGIT-cum-Labour Court, Ahmedabad in Complaint No.71 of 2005 in Reference CGITA No.124 of 2004.
2.1 The petitioner has also prayed for dismissing Complaint No.71 of 2005 in Reference CGITA No.124 of 2004.
3. Heard learned Advocate Mr.Ajay R.Mehta for the petitioners.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners strenuously tried to assail the order impugned, but to no avail.
5. The Court finds no substance in the petition. Hence, the same is dismissed.
