RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT RESPONDENT TO CONSIDER AND GRANT PETITIONER PAYMENT DETAILS AGAINST BILLS AND ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2016-17, 2017-18 AND FROM 01.04.2016 TO 10.09.2018 AS SOUGHT FOR IN ANNEXURE-AB.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.A. Mahesh Chowdhary, learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this petition, petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a direction or Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent to consider and grant petitioner payment details against bills and account statement for the financial years 2016-17, 2017-18 and from 01.04.2016 to 10.09.2018 as sought for in Annexure-B.
b) Grant such other relief/s which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexure-B.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
