JUDGMENT / ORDER

The direction in Annexure I judgment was to the respondent to consider the representations that were pending before the said authority and to pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously. It has been further observed that, if on examination of the representations, it is found that they have to be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner, Thiruvananthapuram, the 3rd respondent in the writ petition, the respondent could adopt the said procedure also.
2. According to Adv.Sri.P.K.Manojkumar who appears for the respondent, the representations of the petitioners have been forwarded to the Chief Town Planner on 17.05.2014. Therefore, it is contended that the direction of this Court has already been complied with. The submission is accepted.
Since the direction of this Court has already been complied with, I find no grounds to pursue this contempt case any further. The same is therefore closed.
