THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38486 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned show cause notice dated 25.09.2014. It would be open for the petitioner to give suitable explanation both on fact and law and the 1st respondent shall deal with the explanation so to be given by the petitioner specifically and take a decision with the reasons in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of furnishing of the explanation. Reply shall be furnished within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the explanation, failing which the 1st respondent shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
