. Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to declare the action of the 1st respondent in changing the alignment of corridor 3 of HMR Project concerning Nagole – Shilparamam as regards the segment of Greenlands – Shilparamam as indicated in the enclosed annexures, as arbitrary, illegal, offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India by way of issue of a writ, order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and issue a consequential direction to the respondent to revert to the original alignment as detailed in the Writ Petition.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, orders of the High Court dated. 10-02-2012, 16-02-2012 and 22-2-2012 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.V.Seetharam Murthy, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners and of the Advocate General appearing for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:
“Post on 05-03-2012.
Interim order granted earlier is extended by one week.”
