ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue an order/direction or any appropriate writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent officials in interfering with the manufacture & selling of Bio-Products viz. Jeeva NPK Organic Granule Fertilizer, Jeeva Super Granule Fertilizer, Jeeva NPK Liquid, Jeeva Macro Nutrients, Jeeva Fast Grow, Jeeva High Crop Yield, Jeeva Dilimba, Jeeva Vijaya, Jeeva Crop Protector, Jeeva Liquid Sticon & Jeeva Animal Gold as illegal, unjust, without jurisdiction, in violation of Article 14 & 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent officials not to interfere with the petitioner’s activity of manufacture, storage & sales of above Bio-Products under the Insecticides Act, 1968 & Fertilizers Control (Order) Act, 1985 and pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.11314 and 21788 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
