At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain documents have been annexed, which are not legible and certain documents could not be annexed inadvertently and, therefore, it is prayed that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
